Many articles and reviews about Fixion was published in many web sites, journals, etc. Here some examples:

LA REPÚBLICA (journal) (UY)

"Mas allá" 1rst single review ...this people go hand in hand with 80's legacy, and produces a very interesting sound project. Fixion follows the British darkness closely and "Beyond" is a prove of this, a single which shows them in perfect tune, a certain product of a care people...

Comment about a live performance: ...This band surprising me every time that I saw it, and this was no exception. They play her well known songs: "Up", "Sed y sangre" and her version of "Sweet dreams..." They also perform an excellent version of "Marian" (Sisters of Mercy) and a personal cover of "I wanna be your dog" (Iggy Pop). At this point of the show they was create a very dense atmosphere and they must extended her permanence on stage, playing various more themes.

"Sed y sangre" 2nd single review: Ladies and gentleman: Fixion is from Uruguay, Fixion is Dark, pure Gothic made in England and they perform elegant music; The Mission, Sisters Of Mercy and The Cure; electricity and midi, analog energy and digital precision... Sed y Sangre, the second CD simple ("Mas Allá" was the first) shows they as they are, and this little example is great. The band: Daniel Bonilla y Lucía Varela (guitars and vocals), Juan Navatta (bass), y Rodrigo Gutiérrez (drums).

"Sed y sangre" 2nd single review: Is incredible find great quality bands with troubles to publish her stuff, but it happens in countries like Brazil, Peru and Uruguay, origin country of the band we review.

Fixion make a kind of gothic rock with eighties influences. As a data, the brain of the band integrate in the eighties: Traidores and late in 90's many gothic bands like RRRRRRR and Prozak.

In music terms Fixion is a success, conjugate eighties sounds with more dark strokes of her own inspiration... the beginning of "Sed y sangre" it seems like the first few seconds of "She' s in parties"...

...We must keep in mind south american's bands who stands very steps above than others Spanish bands like Fixion and RRRRRRR.

"Sed y sangre" 2nd single review: Maybe this is one of the best dark bands I ever hear in whole Latin America. They create a unique style, unpretentious and without banal grandiloquence. Her music is a mix of eighties dark and more actual sounds. "Sed y sangre" is perfect while you drive a car or while you realize some activity, and the production is great...

...For all the element of this production I said is sober, brilliant and excellent. "SED Y SANGRE" IS THE BEST 2004' S DARK RECORD THAT I HEAR, HI RECOMMENDED FOR ALL GOOD DARK FANS.
