JULY 21, 2005    ON RECORD  Fixion are working on their first studio album called "En La Oscuridad" (Darkness Fall). Some takes realizes at their home studio and others on MVD Records. The mastering will be done at Mr. Master (Buenos Aires). On stores before December 2005. JUNE 14, 2005  BIRTHDAY:  It's been tree years since Fixion first show at Nueva Dimensión's annual party (a photography school from Montevideo). Also FIXIONweb.COM it's now a year in the air. Here some Fixion's hi points in this past last year: JUNE 2004: Fixion's guitarist and voice -Daniel- participate as a guest musician in the live presentation of "Pool" (debut album of Loopez). This show was record for a TV Special  [VIDEO]   JULY 2004: + Live show at Red Bar in front of 250 people. + A documental of Carlos Conti ("Sed y Sangre" clip director) it’s chosen bet documental at the Festival Internacional Cinematográfico del Uruguay (International Movie Festival). Incidental music was composing by Fixion. + "Sed y sangre" review at El Corte, magazine from Argentina.   AGOUST 2004: Fixion´s show was canceled at Zur Disco Pub.   SEPTEMBER 2004: + Fixion plays in "Dark Gothic Party", multimedia gothic festival from Montevideo with Efecto Gris. [www.darkgothicparty.cjb.net]. + LA CATEDRAL: Fixion's gothic review and video-clip at this Bolivian portal.   OCTOBER 2004: + A New section added to FIXIONWEB: [DOWNLOADS] with all Fixion's media files. + Daniel Fixion's guitarist and voice plays again live with Loopez. + Fixion changes bassist and drummer.   NOVEMBER 2004: + A new "Sed y Sangre" review appears in NEO magazine from Uruguay. + New date at B.J. Bar (Montevideo) with Portal 7 y Rendher.   CECEMBER 2004: + Fixion participate in an open foro at  live show in an important FM Radio (Oceano FM) about gothic scene in Uruguay. All of them here.   APRIL 2005: + Fixion's song UP was included in JVCV (México) as download with this short review: Record: Mas Allá - EP / From: Montevideo, Uruguay / The Sound: gothic rock in the best style of Lacuna Coil, Bauhaus, Sisters, etc./ Mp3 Download: Up (every seems like Lacuna Coil it's no coincidence...) www.jcgv.com + Daniel, Fixion's voice and guitar, inaugurate his personal site: biography, photos and videos. In the 90's Daniel play bass in Traidores, one of the most important bands from Uruguay. [SEE VIDEO] + Live show in Sarandí del Yi city (250 km from Montevideo) with La Trampa in from 700 people. Also interview with Lucia (guitar and voice) at local Cable Channel.   MAY 2005: The Fixion' s version of "Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)", was including in the cd attached with Jedbangers, a Metal magazine from Buenos Aires, Argentina. The cd have songs of many bands like: Dark Tranquility, Paradise Lost, Dillinger Escape Plan, Crowbar, Dream Master, Masterplan, Agnostic Front, Napalm Death, Strapping Young Lad, Skiltron, Mortem, Santuario. Live: with Guachass y Santa Cruz at La Barraca. See promo.   JUNE 2005: New mix of [No] Quiero Ser Dios. In the last year Fixion performed live to 1.850 people in 7 shows. JULY 25, 2004   REVIEW: "Sed y sangre" review by El Corte, magazine from Buenos Aires, which also have on line version.   AWARD:  Carlos Conti´s documental "Talle P" receives an award as Best Documental at  International Cinema Festival (Espacio Uruguay). This short film have an incidental music compose by Fixion and it sounds a version of "Up". Carlos (ex-Fixion´s drummer) also directed "Sed y Sangre" video clip before leave this country. He also works and lives now in Los Angeles. You can see this video-clip in this site [VIDEO].   PAST SHOW:   Last Friday July 16, Fixion performed live at Red Bar standing in front of 250 people. It was one of the best shows gives by the band.
