Fixion is a band from Montevideo - Uruguay (South America) formed in late 2001 insert in the dark and gothic wave, added sounds of her own inspiration to create a very personal, original and powerful style.

First single "Mas Allá" ("Beyond") released in June 2002, and sold in a music store (Music Center) and trough a web site. Six months later was re-editing in a CD-ROM format with two new tracks, a video-clip who shows the band performed live and pictures. This demo CD was plays in many radio stations such as: 91.9 FM, CX 42, CX 26, CX 40, Atlántida FM, Alternativa FM, Radio Tacuarembó, etc. "Mas allá" was review in La República (journal) and Gótico Cibermag (e-magazine) in a very positive way (PRESS). In December Jaime Roos's bass player Popo Romano was invited to do an acoustic show with the band. During 2002 Fixion acting on the under scene.

In February 2003  Fixion was choose "band of the week" in Generación Músicos (Argentinean portal of music). In June Fixion make the video-clip Sed y sangre (Blood & thirst), and a few months late record a new single "Sweet dreams..." (Eurhythmics). Fixion gives numerous interviews and receive good comments of his work: La República (jounal):  "...this people go hand in hand with 80's legacy, and produces a very interesting sound project. Fixion follows the British darkness closely and "Beyond" is a prove of this, a single which shows them in perfect tune, a certain product of a care people".

In late 2003 Fixion acting in many huge theaters like Plaza Mateo and Carpa de la Intendencia (a council stage, one of the best and larges of the city - video). Fixion performed versions of Echo and The Bunnymen, The Clash, Bauhaus, The Doors, Eurhythmics and The Sisters of Mercy on their live shows.   

In March 2004 they played at the legendary under pub "Remember" in Buenos Aires city (Argentina).

In 2005 Fixion begins the production of her first long length album "En la oscuridad" ("Into Darkness"). Many problems slow down the process: two producers leave the work in the middle and the record label close down. But Fixion take the risk and the entire artistic and financial production in her own shoulders and go on till the end. The studio and production work finished in December, 2007. The master CD is now in Buenos Aires in a mastering process, realized in one of the best mastering studio of the region (Puromastering - Buenos Aires, Argentina).

Personal web site	DANIEL (vocals and guitar) -  Daniel participates in a few bands since mid 80's like: Insurrección (punk-hardcore), Traidores (one of the most important local band), La Mala Sangre (a dark wave "cult" band),  Prozak (dark), Requiem para Nadie (brit-pop), and many others. He also composes instrumental music that receive an award of Uruguayan Players Society (2001). In 2003 participate of a debut album of Loopez (Bizarro Records) recording some guitar tracks for them. Personal web site	LUCIA (vocals and guitar) - In the year 2000 Lucia plays guitar and sings in Contacto with Marcelo Gomez (keyboards and drum programming). They test many bass players and the musical reference of this band it was Portishead.
	FERNANDO (drums) - Fernando plays drums in Fixion' s debut album "En la oscuridad", and participate in many live performances.
	ALEJANDRO (bajo) - He plays in Fixion since 2004. Also plays in Loopez (a electronic - dark wave project).
	JUAN (bajo) - First bass player  until September, 2004.
	CARLOS (batería) - First Fixion's drum player. He also wrote and direct "Sed y sangre" video-clip.
